Obama's New Campaign Theme Song

Bloomberg.com, 29 April 2008: Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama denounced “ridiculous” statements made by the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, using his strongest language to date to distance himself from his former pastor. Obama cited Wright's contentions, repeated yesterday, that the government may have had a role in spreading AIDS in the black community, that U.S. actions overseas were partly to blame for the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, and about the importance of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan. Wright's statements “offend me, they rightly offend all Americans and they should be denounced and that's what I'm doing very clearly and unequivocally today,” Obama said in a news conference in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Wright's statements and past sermons have presented an obstacle for Obama as he tries to win over working-class white voters in the remaining Democratic primaries. Recorded snippets from some of Wright's sermons already have been used by Republicans in North Carolina against local Democrats. Obama and his rival, New York Senator Hillary Clinton, face their next test May 6 in contests in Indiana and North Carolina. Political analysts said the timing and content of Wright's remarks complicates Obama's efforts to broaden his base of support among white voters and may hurt him if he emerges as the Democratic nominee.

Wright has been pastor of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, where Obama has worshipped for two decades. He presided at Obama's wedding and at the baptisms of Obama's daughters. Until five days ago, Wright largely had stayed out of public forums since the controversy broke last month.

Obama said he was “shocked” by Wright's statements during a speech at the National Press Club yesterday in Washington. “The person I saw yesterday was not the person I had come to know over 20 years,” said Obama, an Illinois senator.

The candidate said he hadn't had a conversation with Wright before the news conference. He said he spoke to the pastor after giving a speech last month in Philadelphia in which he distanced himself from Wright's statements. In that speech, Obama said he wouldn't “disown” Wright even though he disagreed with his statements. “Obviously whatever relationship that I had with Reverend Wright has changed as a consequence of this,” Obama said today. “I don't think that he showed much concern for me; I don't think he showed much concern for what we're trying to do.”

And as Peter was beneath in the palace, there cometh one of the maids of the high priest: And when she saw Peter warming himself, she looked upon him, and said, And thou also wast with Jesus of Nazareth. But he denied, saying, I know not, neither understand I what thou sayest. And he went out into the porch; and the cock crew. And a maid saw him again, and began to say to them that stood by, This is one of them. And he denied it again. And a little after, they that stood by said again to Peter, Surely thou art one of them: for thou art a Galilaean, and thy speech agreeth thereto. But he began to curse and to swear, saying, I know not this man of whom ye speak. And the second time the cock crew. And Peter called to mind the word that Jesus said unto him, Before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice.

Ha ha ha. . .almost since the day this fraud arrived in our *Shining City on a Hill,* riding in on the Democrat jackass to the *Hosannas* of the little stink-faced white Obama girls, I have told YOU this psychological misfit was a counterfeit. . .the Great Zero of the Hour. . .a Nothing Man lacking a core identity, which leaves him unable to take a principled stand and remain steadfast, because his psyche cannot risk offending anyone, excepting a scapegoat.

Forty-three days ago this scarecrow was hailed as one of the greatest orators of the age by our imbecilic Media for his cowardly *race* speech in which he spoke with a forked tongue in response to the initial Jeremiah Wright *scandal.* In that pandering testament, Obama disrespectfully rebuked his pastor, but unequivocally stated he could not *disown* him. . .in that *historic* speech (which will only be mocked, and not praised, if it is at all remembered in the coming years), Obama, not white, not black, but *yellow,* tried to betray Wright on the cheap, and not alienate his colored supporters, by sacrificing his own grandmother instead. . .his own grandmother, aged, sick, living alone in an apartment in Hawaii. . .his own grandmother, who had given many years of her life to the raising of this *boy,* this child of her *adventurous* daughter. He branded his own grandmother a racist in the eyes of all the world, and used her as the justification not to *disown* Jeremiah Wright:

I can no more disown him than I can my white grandmother - a woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world, but a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe.

But Media has crowed again on Jeremiah Wright. . .and now, just forty-three days after stating he could not disown his pastor, Obama denounces him, and states:

Obviously whatever relationship that I had with Reverend Wright has changed as a consequence of this. . .

But, Mr. Obama, as a consequence of what? Jeremiah Wright hasn’t changed in the last forty-three days. . .Jeremiah Wright hasn’t changed in the last twenty years. . .he has remained steadfast. . .he stands on principle. . .he retains the courage of his convictions.

My, my, look at the difference this time around. . .forty-three days ago Obama, a second-rate mulatto Janus, did him some fancy speechifyin’, in which he haughtily lectured the nation on race. . .now his cowardice is stripped bare of all his rhetorical mumbo-jumbo, which so dazzled our moronic Media. . .now, forty-three days later, we see, as in Peter in those dark hours on the night our Lord was betrayed, just the man’s naked fear. . .no fancy speeches, just a coward claiming he doesn’t know the man:

The person I saw yesterday was not the person I had come to know over 20 years. . .

Ha ha ha. . .what a liar! What a pathetic liar!

Forty-three days ago, Obama admitted he knew Jeremiah Wright. . .he admitted he knew Jeremiah Wright’s *controversial* views:

For some, nagging questions remain. Did I know him to be an occasionally fierce critic of American domestic and foreign policy? Of course. Did I ever hear him make remarks that could be considered controversial while I sat in church? Yes. Did I strongly disagree with many of his political views? Absolutely - just as I'm sure many of you have heard remarks from your pastors, priests, or rabbis with which you strongly disagreed.

But now Media has crowed on Jeremiah Wright again, and Obama fears this isn’t good enough to appease *working class* whites. . .so now he claims he never knew this Jeremiah Wright. . .

Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth.

Sorry, Obama, you are trapped by your *brilliant* speech of forty-three days ago. . .

You knew him. You’ve known him for twenty years. You praised him in your ridiculous *memoir*--indeed, the title of your demi-*Mein Kampf* is lifted from one of his sermons. He presided at your wedding, he baptized your children. You sat in his church for twenty years and listened to his *controversial* views. . .just forty-three days ago you stated:

The man I met more than twenty years ago is a man who helped introduce me to my Christian faith. . .he has been like family to me.

Ha ha ha. . .like your grandmother, I guess!

I told YOU Obama could never take a principled stand and remain steadfast. He was literally terrified of alienating *patriotic* *working class* whites with his association with Jeremiah Wright. . .so now he lies and says he never knew him. . .Obama is a weak and pathetic man.

Obama will next have to fear abandonment from the angriest of Amerika’s blacks. . .they will not like Obama Tom-ing out on Jeremiah Wright. . .indeed, certain of the crankiest blacks were already voicing displeasure over Obama’s *whitewashing* of the Sean Bell verdict:

New York Post, 29 April 2008: Barack Obama made a call for nonviolence in the aftermath of the Sean Bell verdict - infuriating the Rev. Al Sharpton, who accused the presidential candidate of trying to “grandstand in front of white people,” sources told The Post. During what a source described as a “heated” phone call yesterday, Sharpton told Obama he was disappointed with the Illinois senator's words on Friday, when Obama said “resorting to violence to express displeasure” was “completely unacceptable and counterproductive.”

“[Obama] issues this statement and not a single rock had been thrown,” said a source. “How does the candidate of change ask people to accept a verdict that is unjust?” The source said Sharpton had hoped Obama would “side with the Bell family” and not use it as an “opportunity to grandstand in front of white people.”

Perhaps the cynical Obama is more than willing to trade the small *Sharpton* block of Amerikan voters for the large *working class* white block?

Now that he has denied Jeremiah Wright, Obama wants to *move forward:*

BlackAmericaWeb.com, 30 April 2008: Obama said he was distressed that controversy over Wright’s remarks has created a distraction from the real issues of the campaign.
“People want some help in stabilizing their lives and securing a better future for themselves and their children. And that’s what we should be talking about,” Obama said.

That’s right. . .Obama should have been talking about this all along. . .then none of this would have mattered. But Obama has never dealt with the *real issues*. . .he has only dealt in the empty phraseology of *Hope and Change.*

What has Obama ever offered as *hope* to the jobless? What has Obama ever offered as *hope* to those facing home foreclosure? What has Obama ever offered as *hope* to those facing bankruptcy? What has Obama ever offered as *hope* to those sick of war? What has Obama ever offered as *hope* to those without health insurance? What has Obama ever offered as *hope* to those concerned about the vulgar, grossly sexualized *topless Miley Cyrus* Amerikan culture?

Ha ha ha. . .Amerika is a spiritually dead, materially dying wasteland. . .her consumer zombies must now cannibalize one another to drag out their pitiful Wal-Mart lifestyles for a few more months. . .does the man of Hope and Change even dare address this?

Ha ha ha. . .Amerika is a gutter of alcohol, narcotics, pornography, racial discord, violence and abuse. . .does the man of Hope and Change even dare address this?

His pastor addressed these issues over the last twenty years, and the man of Hope and Change listened to the sermons. . .now he says the person I saw yesterday was not the person I had come to know over 20 years. . .in this, Obama is the typical pew-warmer. . .he listens to a Christian critique of the world on Sunday, then Monday morning, like a dog returning to its vomit, he goes right back out into the world and licks up its filth.

Had Obama ever offered even ONE plan to make a significant change to the dominant global economic system or the Military Media Complex, Jeremiah Wright never would have been an issue. Had Obama offered hope to redistribute wealth in Amerika, or to dismantle the Military Media Complex, the enormity of the debate it would produce would suffocate all the trivialities over Jeremiah Wright, *bitter* gun-loving whites, etc., etc.

Obama has only himself to blame for being bogged down in these trivial Media scandals. . .because he has nothing else to offer. . .this is the plight of the Hollow Man. . .

A man of cheap slogans bemoaning becoming scandalized by another man’s words? Please. Say something real for once, you pretentious puppet, then we can move on. Until that happens, this should be your campaign theme song:

The interesting thing I am noticing with this "anger" Obama has toward Wright's "ridiculous" statements is how the Obama supporters are buying it hook, line, and sinker. Or so it seems.

I'm of the mind that the Obama stink faces hear these words, not really believing them, but hoping the words are enough to stave off a collapse of their worldly messiah.

It has been 20 years that Obama has heard these things, why just a little over a year ago Obama spoke of how, if he became competitive for the nomination, how he may have to distance himself from Wright.

And that's another thing: this Wright controversy is not new. The press has known about this for a while now. Yet it seems the press propped up this Obama guy to sell media, held back on the negative, and now want to tear him down to sell media.

"You take the pictures, I'll supply the war." WR Hearst.

I don't fault Obama for being a hollow man no more than I blame McDonald's for making Happy Meals. Both are supplying a demand to the masses. I guess Obama's greater fault is he's fooling people into believing in something that is not there. After all, I get to keep a toy after the Happy Meal.

They sure as hell don't make em' like "The Kingfish" anymore. If America gets taken by this empty, puttering confidence man, so be it. Working in an area that happens to be primarily occupied by Asian immigrants (mostly hard-working, thrifty Chinese) I've realized that your run-of-the-mill working-class American has no grasp of frugality. No matter who snatches those soiled laurels on election day, this country's irresponsible spending habits and lack of common sense won't cease.

How can you think that Obama can not take a stand and remain steadfast? He was one of the few politicians openly OPPOSED to the god-forsaken IraqWar back when Hillary and the rest of them were waving flags and thirsting for blood.
